Security Cooperation

As a US Air Force civilian, I've enjoyed supporting US Space Command with ally and partner capabilities integration. I do this through effective management of US title 10 and 22 programs and proactive collaboration with terrestrial combatant commands, military service component commands, and other US Government stakeholders.

Prior, I worked at building partner nation capabilities through the DOD’s Defense English Language Program for 10 years as a branch chief, program manager, supervisor, and instructor.

My experience includes Security Cooperation; operational planning; assessment, monitoring, and evaluation; training & supervising teams; identifying problems and developing courses of action for mitigation; managing large budgets; and professional & technical writing.
